Plastic Injection Moulding Products

Our foundry monthly converts 25 to 30 ton of raw materials into products consumed by automotive, electronic, construction, household appliances and food industry.

We apply a wide range of polymers, namely as follows: Polypropylene (PP), Poly- carbonate (PC), Polystyrene (PS), Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), Acrylonitrile buta- diene styrene (ABS plastic), Polyamide (PA), Polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), Polyformaldehyde (PFL), Polyethylene (PE) using high-quality raw materials supplied by such manufacturers as SABIC, Bayer and LG.

On Customer's request a raw material is modified with glass, UV stabilizers, fire-retardant additives increasing impact, weather and fire resistance of relevant products.

Round-the-clock operation of our foundry enables a significant drop of price as paid by the Customer due to energy saving and reducing technological losses of raw materials during the equipment commissioning.

Our indisputable advantage is that we run our own facility for making production tooling. This enables our unaided manufacturing, tuning, and modifying moulds; besides, upon request of our Customer we are capable of performing guarantee maintenance and provide a complete production cycle from product design to its implementation.

Our equipment

Foundry production is equipped with high-quality and reliable injection moulding machines, namely Grantway Machinery K90V-K380 (YOM 2008 to 2011), Borche Machinery BT 260 (YOM 2008 to 2013).

All the injection moulding machines are completed with support equipment such as hydraulic motor, electric motor, solenoid valve, hydraulic equipment supplied by Vickers, Eaton, Bosch, Rexroth, as the leading European manufacturers.

Quality

High quality of the products produced is achieved due to:

  • using of certified quality raw materials;
  • using of bunker dryers and vacuum loaders;
  • work on modern thermoplastic automatic machine with computer controllers of all defined parameters of molding;
  • carrying out of timely service maintenance and planned repair injection molds of own production;
  • strict observance of the technological cycle of production and schedule of the necessary servicing of equipment;
  • control of each batch of products for compliance with a reference sample.
